Weekly Zoom Training Sessions Tuesdays at 7.30p.m.

Hi folks, this is the new workout plan for the next 4 weeks. Please get the girls to have a look at all the links so they have an idea of the exercises for the online session. Hopefully we'll have some good news on April 5th about getting back yo the pitch. We'll forward a running plan later in the week. Keep practising the basic skills when ye can.
